As I look back over the Spring and Summer, I have been reminded of how much I enjoy working with leaders who want to grow. I have had the chance to meet some great people while delivering leadership coaching and communication training, who fully understand that coaching is a performance strategy.

I recently spent two days with a fantastic team at Cisco in Zurich. I have partnered with Cisco for four years now, and it’s clear why they continue to move forward. They invest in their people in a very intentional way, through coaching and leadership training that gives people the space to develop and grow. It is all part of how they build stronger leaders. Together we took a deep dive into the L.E.A.D.E.R.S. Framework as well as the Art of Leadership communication. Leaders are learners and learners are leaders. I love working with teams who have a strong desire to keep learning and growing, so that they can become the best leader they can be for those they lead.

Across those four years, I have had the opportunity to support various Cisco teams in different countries. It’s been a privilege to see how consistent coaching development shapes confidence, communication, performance and drives productivity and profitability.

Investing in people doesn’t need to be complicated. Coaching, along with practical leadership and communication frameworks, helps teams raise their game and deliver amazing results that last.

I am grateful for the many teams in different countries that I work with providing executive coaching and training. I am also thankful for the number of recommendations I am given on Linkedin, like the one below:

I look forward to what is ahead.
