For the last few days, we’ve been exploring the attributes of a good leader.

LLeaders are learners.

ELeaders are encouragers.

ALeaders are attractive.

D – Today, we explore the D In leadership. Leaders are decisive and they make good decisions.

What makes a “good decision”? Good decisions are:

• Informed – you gather the data and seek advice/counsel of those who are knowledgeable or involved in the situations.

• Quick – good leaders don’t delay making decisions. They set a timeline for themselves so others know what to expect and are then empowered to move forward.

• Steady – once a decision is made, good leaders stick to it and stay accountable to their decisions. That’s not to say you don’t admit to your mistakes, but you don’t change back and forth.
